Many years ago, I was an Administrative Law Judge, and I saw first-hand how the courts can help or hurt people, often based on the skill and determination of their lawyer. As a judge, I had to remain neutral; as a practicing attorney, I can fight for my clients. I decided I wanted be the guy on the side of the worker, the guy looking out for their interests, the guy who knows the system. I decided to use my skill and experience to stand up for the people, to give them a voice in their financial future.
For more than 20 years, I’ve been helping people in deep debt get a fresh start. I have a small law firm, so I deal with each client personally. I get to know the details and background of each client so that I can determine the best strategy for their financial rebirth.
That’s exactly what bankruptcy is, a financial rebirth. To not owe, to not be harassed by creditors, to begin rebuilding your credit – it can be a whole new world for you, a rewritten financial future. A second chance to buy a house or pay for college.
I believe in second chances, and have the experience and commitment to get you another chance. I don’t practice corporate law or file bankruptcies for big businesses. The need lies with real people: the teacher, nurse, cop, contractor, and waiter. The working man who breaks his back everyday to feed his family. I want to work for those who feel their voices aren’t heard by the credit card companies, the banks, the collection agencies. You will get back on track.
